Soft-Strip Services

First off – for those of you who don’t already know – what does soft-strip mean? This is the process of removing all of the elements of a building (both inside and out) that are non-structural or inconsequential to the overall framework of the property. This is often carried out when facilitating Demolition, Refurbishment or re-modelling projects.

Soft-strip projects can include the removal of:

Eco-Friendly Asbestos Demolition Services

As with many construction projects (especially Removal and Demolition projects) soft-strip demolition can produce high levels of dust in the surrounding atmosphere. The amount of dust and the risks that it may cause will depend on the type of material and its quantity. Silica and wood dust pose a big risk if they are inhaled.

Using the latest mist spray technology we are able to protect the environment and suppress the dust at source. We aim to achieve a minimum recycling / reuse rate of 95% during all traditional build demolition projects.
